For the production of the bioceramics line, state-of-the-art technology and innovative compositions are used, which result in products with excellent chemical, physical and biological properties.
Currently, over 20 years of research and development have taken place, from the first to the fourth generation of ready-to-use bioceramics.
The process is synthetic and safe with the best manufacturing practices and raw materials critically selected for use in the manufacture of pure compounds, which are sintered in appropriate ovens in order to produce the clinker.
All production involves strict control at every step through specialized engineering software.
And, precisely, due to this process control right from the start, our researchers overcome daily challenges and have complete expertise to derive different bioceramic compounds with different purposes in dentistry.
Reparative cements
Cements to be used in situations of endodontic complications and accidents, where there is a need for tissue regeneration (E.g: perforations, apexification, root-end filling). They are capable of inducing a biological response and promoting repair in the region.
POWDER x LIQUID
The products that contain powder and liquid require manipulation, and after acquires a putty consistency, it is ready to be inserted into the area of interest.
PREMIXED
The premixed products are already available in a syringe and are ready to be inserted into the area of interest, requiring no manipulation.
Root canal sealers
Sealers that have a filling purpose, which are being used together with gutta-percha cones and hermetically sealing the complex root canal system after disinfection, and minimizing gaps between dentin and filling material, making the environment inhospitable for bacterial growth.
PASTE x PASTE
The paste/paste system requires the manipulation of two pastes with different compositions, the base and catalyst pastes. This manipulation can occur through manual manipulation of the pastes, or an automix syringe system.
PREMIXED
The premixed products are presented pre-manipulated and can be taken directly to the root canals through intracanal tips.
Temporary material
Bioceramic products for temporary use aim to reduce the bacterial flora inside the root canals before root canal filling, and/or to be used as an intracanal medication between sessions, for up to 30 days without changing.
PREMIXED
The product is available ready to be inserted inside the root canals.
