To Restorative works

Fiberglass is used where strength, lightness, and aesthetics are required. The aesthetic quality and high mechanical strength make it possible to produce immediate, conservative, long-lasting restorative works.

The fiberglass for different purposes that make up our portfolio has been developed and studied for over 20 years.

Throughout this period, our team of experts has always been in search of excellence and innovation, seeking high-quality raw materials and equipment where we could obtain maximum excellence in the entire process involved in the development of exclusive products.

After obtaining each batch, a rigorous inspection is carried out to guarantee the quality of the product, such as dimensional analysis, flexural strength, resin conversion degree, micrograph analysis, among others.

This thoroughness of the entire process allows us to have market-leading products of incomparable quality, with the best ratio between fiber and resin, to guarantee the best physical-chemical properties for the dentist and the patient.

Fibers for direct use

BRAIDED AND IMPREGNANT REINFORCEMENT FIBERS WITH BIs-GMA RESIN

Composite reinforced with interlaced and unidirectional fiberglass, pre-impregnated with Bis-GMA resin, malleable and indicated for retainers, reinforcement of temporary restorations, direct and indirect prostheses and reinforcement of extensive restorations in composite resin.

Fibers for laboratory use

FIBERGLASS FOR REINFORCEMENT IMPREGNATED IN BISGMA RESIN

Fiberglass system impregnated in composite resin for laboratory use in reinforcing prosthetic substructures such as full crowns, fixed adhesive prostheses with total or partial preparation, anatomical posts.

Mesh fiber: multidirectional fiber bundle, it is able to reinforce the structure in multiple directions

Bundled fiber: unidirectional fiber, increased shear strength and flexural modulus.

Braided fiber: used for direct work and to increase the strength of temporary esthetic restorative treatments.

RETENTION FIBER WITH PMMA RESIN

Unidirectional fiberglass impregnated with PMMA resin, used in order to facilitate adhesion to acrylic and composite materials.

Indicated for the manufacture of periodontal retainers, orthodontic retainers and to provide reinforcement to adhesive or Maryland bridges.

FIBERGLASS MESH FOR TOTAL PROSTHESIS REINFORCEMENT

A 100% fiberglass mesh in wefts, for reinforcement or repair of partial and complete dentures, in areas with a high incidence of fracture and/or areas where there are cracks, to ensure greater longevity to the prosthetic part.

FIBERS IN DISCS AND BLOCKS

Unidirectional fiberglass discs and blocks for making individual cores in a CAD-CAM system, for Amann Girrbach, Zirconzahn, Wieland and Sirona systems.

Multidirectional fiberglass discs to manufacture prosthetic substructures in the CAD-CAM system, for the Amann Girrbach, Zirconzahn and Wieland systems.

endodontic treatment

Fiber Posts

Posts indicated to support restorations and prosthetic crowns after the endodontic treatment, in teeth that have lost more than 50% of the coronal remnant.
  • Fiberglass + epoxy resin – translucent
  • Fiberglass + epoxy resin – opaque
  • Carbon fiber

The posts can have shapes and diameters according to the needs of your market.

  • Conical post
  • Parallel post with conical apex
  • Parallel post + conical sleeve
  • Accessory posts
  • Other shape/diameter of your choice
